Ingredients
- 1 kg beef roast (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (or mixed herbs)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix garlic, herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub mixture all over the beef.
- Place in a roasting pan.
- Roast for 45–60 minutes (depending on desired doneness).
