Ingredients
- 4–6 cube steaks
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion (sliced)
Instructions
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add cube steaks on top of the onions.
- In a bowl, mix brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the steaks.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Serve hot with plenty of gravy spooned over the top.
