Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat (cut into chunks)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Place beef chunks in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced mushrooms and onions on top.
- In a bowl, mix gravy mix, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the beef and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Stir before serving to coat everything in the rich gravy.
