Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (elbow or shells)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture.
- Transfer everything into the slow cooker.

- Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
