Garlic Herb Chicken with Creamy Mozzarella Parmesan Rotini
This comforting dinner combines juicy garlic herb chicken with creamy
mozzarella parmesan rotini pasta. The chicken is seared until golden and
finished in garlic butter, while the pasta is coated in a rich,
silky cheese sauce that makes every bite irresistible.

Ingredients
Chicken
- 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
Pasta
- 14 oz rotini pasta
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1¾ cups heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ¾ tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian herbs.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and sear chicken until golden.
- Add butter and garlic, spoon the garlic butter over the chicken.
- Remove chicken and keep warm.
- Melt butter in another skillet and cook garlic.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
- Add mozzarella and parmesan until melted.
- Season with white pepper and salt.
- Add cooked rotini and toss until coated in sauce.
- Serve pasta with garlic herb chicken.
