Cheesy Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps
These cheesy ground beef tortilla wraps are a quick and satisfying meal the whole family will love.
Soft tortillas filled with seasoned ground beef, fresh herbs and melted cheese, then baked until golden and crispy.
Perfect for busy weeknights or weekend snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Cook Time: 20 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Prepare the Tortillas
Lay tortillas flat and spread the cooked ground beef evenly across each tortilla.
3. Add Cheese and Herbs
Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top.
4. Roll the Wraps
Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
5. Bake
Place wraps on a baking tray and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serving Ideas
