Classic Creamy Cheesecake
This classic creamy cheesecake is smooth, rich, and absolutely irresistible.
With a buttery graham cracker crust and a perfectly baked creamy filling,

Ingredients
For the Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
For the Filling
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons flour

- Bake Time: 55 minutes
- Cooling Time: 3 hours

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
2. Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
3. Make the Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and flour.
4. Bake
Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 55 minutes
until the center is slightly set.
5. Cool and Chill
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
Serving Suggestions
