Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup butter (cold, cubed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
