3-Ingredient Beef & Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole
This simple casserole combines seasoned ground beef, tender hashbrowns, and plenty of melted cheese for a hearty, no-fuss dinner everyone loves.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (20–24 oz) bag frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
- Spread hashbrowns evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Layer cooked beef over the potatoes.
- Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
