Slow Cooker Creamy Mushroom Hamburger Patties

Tender hamburger patties slow-cooked in a creamy mushroom sauce. This easy crockpot recipe is affordable, filling, and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef (formed into 4–6 patties)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season hamburger patties lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Place patties in the slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and broth.
  4. Pour mixture over the patties.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
