3-Ingredient Sausage Cream Cheese Dip
Crowd pleaser alert.
Just three ingredients — and somehow half the pot disappears before guests even arrive.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions (Stovetop)
- Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add Rotel (with juices) and stir.
- Add cream cheese and stir until completely melted and creamy.
- Simmer 5 minutes until thick and smooth.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Slow Cooker Method
- Brown sausage first.
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 1–2 hours until melted and creamy.
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 6–8
