3-Ingredient Sausage Cream Cheese Dip

Crowd pleaser alert.
Just three ingredients — and somehow half the pot disappears before guests even arrive.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions (Stovetop)

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add Rotel (with juices) and stir.
  3. Add cream cheese and stir until completely melted and creamy.
  4. Simmer 5 minutes until thick and smooth.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Slow Cooker Method

  1. Brown sausage first.
  2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  3. Cook on LOW for 1–2 hours until melted and creamy.

Total Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 6–8
