Cheesy Beef Stuffed Crescent Rolls

My husband and daughter called this “heaven on a plate,” and my grandson cried over the last piece!
These cheesy beef stuffed crescent rolls are golden, flaky, and packed with savory flavor — definitely a winner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped green onions (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Unroll crescent dough and separate into rectangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of beef mixture onto each piece and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
  8. Place on lined baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
