Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Add breadcrumbs evenly over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
