Cheesy Taco Wonton Cups

These crispy taco wonton cups are the ultimate party appetizer.
Seasoned ground beef and melty cheese baked inside crunchy wonton wrappers create a bite-sized snack that disappears fast at potlucks!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa (optional)
  • Chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups.
  4. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  5. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer 3–4 minutes.
  6. Spoon beef mixture into each wonton cup.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish and serve warm.
