📝 Ingredients

For the Pasta & Beef:

  • 18 oz spaghetti
  • 1½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1½ small onions, finely diced
  • 4½ cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ tsp oregano
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Cheddar Cream Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1½ cups broth (chicken or beef)
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Extra butter (optional, for finishing)
  • Fresh parsley or herbs, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Beef

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Drain excess grease if needed.
