- 3 cups quick cook oats
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 ⅔ cups sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1️⃣ Prepare
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats and salt. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Chocolate Base
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Stir in sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
Bring to a rolling boil and let it boil for exactly 1 minute (do not overcook).
3️⃣ Add Peanut Butter & Vanilla
Remove from heat immediately.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
