Whisk one simple mixture, pour it over raw beef, and let the slow cooker
do all the work. The result? Ultra-tender beef in a rich, creamy sauce
that tastes even better every time you make it.

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or chuck, cut into chunks
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Add the Beef

Place the raw beef chunks directly into the slow cooker.

2️⃣ Whisk the Creamy Mixture

  1. In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk together:
    • Cream of mushroom soup
    • Beef broth
    • Onion soup mix
    • Sour cream
    • Garlic powder and pepper
    • Worcestershire sauce (if using)
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3️⃣ Cook Low & Slow

  1. Pour the sauce evenly over the beef.
  2. Cover and cook:
    • LOW: 7–8 hours
    • HIGH: 4–5 hours
