🥔 Slow Cooker Italian Dressing Potatoes
This cozy winter side dish couldn’t be easier. Just dump bottled Italian
dressing and two simple ingredients over potatoes, let the slow cooker do
the work, and enjoy tender, flavorful potatoes that go with almost anything.
đź§ľ Ingredients (Only 3!)
- 2 lbs (900 g) red or Yukon gold potatoes, cubed
- Âľ cup bottled Italian dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: salt & black pepper to taste
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the Potatoes
Wash the potatoes well and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
No need to peel unless you prefer them without skin.
2. Dump & Stir
Add the potatoes to the slow cooker. Pour the Italian dressing over the top
and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
3. Slow Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or
HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
4. Finish with Cheese
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes during the last 15 minutes of
cooking. Cover again until melted.
5. Serve
Gently stir, season with salt and pepper if needed, and serve hot.
- Add baby carrots or green beans for a veggie mix.
- Use garlic-Parmesan Italian dressing for extra flavor.
- Top with fresh parsley before serving.
