4-Ingredient Sticky Slow Cooker Ribs

These ribs are perfect when you want bold, sticky, finger-licking flavor

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or country-style)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey (or brown sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the ribs if needed.
  2. Cut ribs into sections to fit your slow cooker.
  3. Place ribs into the slow cooker.
  4. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, and garlic powder.
  5. Pour sauce over the ribs and coat well.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  7. Ribs are done when extremely tender and pulling away from the bone.

Optional Sticky Finish

  • Transfer ribs to a baking sheet
  • Brush with extra sauce
  • Broil for 3–5 minutes until caramelized
