3-Ingredient Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs (Fall-Off-The-Bone)

Finger-licking good ribs with almost zero effort.
No smoker, no oven, no stress.
Just toss them in the slow cooker and let time do the magic.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if still attached.
  2. Cut ribs into sections so they fit into your slow cooker.
  3. Place ribs into the slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the ribs.
  5. Pour barbecue sauce over the top and coat well.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  7. When done, ribs will be extremely tender and falling off the bone.

Optional (But Recommended)

  • For sticky ribs: broil ribs for 5 minutes after cooking
  • Add a splash of honey for sweetness
  • Add hot sauce or chili flakes for heat
