Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  8. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour sauce evenly over the top.
  9. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  10. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and top is golden.
  11. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
