Crockpot Hamburger Steaks with Mushroom Gravy 🍄
“Throw beef patties and mushrooms in the crock with gravy mix, and you get a dinner
so delicious it tastes like an old-school diner classic.”
Ingredients
- 4 beef patties (about ½ lb / 500 g total)
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup water or beef broth
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place beef patties in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add sliced mushrooms on top and around the patties.
- Sprinkle gravy mix evenly over everything.
- Pour in water or beef broth.
- Season with black pepper and garlic powder.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Spoon gravy over patties before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles for the ultimate comfort meal.
