Mandarin Orange Fluff Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup cottage cheese or cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the dry pudding mix with cottage cheese or softened cream cheese.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
- Add mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows.
- Stir gently until evenly combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
