3-Potato Cheese Roll

Just 3 potatoes — and suddenly everyone will be begging for the recipe!
A quick, cheesy potato roll that’s crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Ready in about 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley, garlic powder, paprika

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess liquid.
  2. Place potatoes in a bowl and add egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on parchment paper, forming a rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the potato layer.
  6. Roll carefully into a tight log using the parchment paper.
  7. Cook in a hot pan or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–15 minutes, turning until golden.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Serving Ideas

  • Serve with garlic sauce or sour cream
  • Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or quick dinner
Tip: Add cooked bacon bits, green onions, or chili flakes for extra flavor.
