Winter Corn & Potato Chowder

Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 cups milk or cream
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes and broth to a pot or slow cooker.
  2. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in corn and milk.
  4. Simmer gently until thick and creamy.
