Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef

These Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef are a family favorite!
Super easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.
Everyone loves them — and they disappear fast.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and spread the beef mixture evenly.
  6. Sprinkle cheese and green onions on top.
  7. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  8. Place rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

Tip: You can add mushrooms, bell peppers, or swap beef
for chicken or turkey for a lighter version.
