Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (keto-friendly)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional, low-carb)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in cream cheese and sour cream until fully combined.
- Spread beef mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheeses and diced tomatoes.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
