Chocolate Caramel Crunch Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed butter cookies or graham crackers
- 1 cup caramel sauce (thick)
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- ½ cup chopped nuts or crunchy topping (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Form small clusters or bars using the crushed cookies as the base.
- Warm the caramel slightly and spoon it generously over each piece.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip or drizzle each bar with melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts or extra crunch if desired.
- Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until fully set.
Serving & Storage
- Serve chilled or at room temperature
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
- Perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or sweet cravings
