- Thick-cut bologna slices
- Soft sandwich buns or white bread
- Butter or oil
- Optional: mustard, mayo, pickles

- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter or oil.
- Score the edges of the bologna so it doesn’t curl.
- Fry until deeply browned and crispy on both sides.
- Toast the bread in the same pan.
