- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes.
- Spread beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread cream layer over the beef.
- Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
