🛒 Ingredients
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 16 oz ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese into circles on the parchment.
- Bake for 6–8 minutes until melted and lightly golden.
- Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon beef mixture onto each melted cheese circle.
- Carefully roll up while warm.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
