🧀 Cheesy Crispy Patties

🛒 Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cups cooked and mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Oil for frying or baking
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil in a pan.
- In a large bowl, mix potatoes, cheese, eggs, onion, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Place on a greased baking tray or pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes (flip halfway) or fry until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Serve with sour cream, ranch, or garlic sauce for extra flavor!
