🍠Air Fryer Sweet Potato
WARNING: If you try this once, you’ll never go back to the oven. Like, ever.
Crispy skin, fluffy center, and done in half the time!
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Butter or sour cream (for serving)
- Black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and scrub sweet potatoes well. Pat dry.
- Poke each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check tenderness by piercing with a fork.
- Slice open, fluff the inside, and add butter or sour cream.
🔥 Pro Tip: Bigger potatoes need more time. If very large, add 5–10 minutes.
