Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes

🥔 Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes

After tasting this, I’m never having potatoes any other way!
Perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and bursting
with garlicky, herby flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or Italian seasoning)
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and all seasonings.
  3. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Continue cooking another 5–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan and air fry 1–2 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
🔥 Tip: For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes,
then dry completely before seasoning.

This recipe works great as a side dish for chicken, steak, or burgers.
