🧀🍗 Parmesan Crusted Chicken (LongHorn Style – Copycat)

I made this tonight and it was AMAZING! It tastes just like the restaurant version.
If you love the cheesy, golden crust from LongHorn Steakhouse, this homemade version
will absolutely win you over.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  4. Transfer chicken to the baking dish.
  5. Mix ranch dressing, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese together.
  6. Spread cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and parsley.
  8. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture generously over the cheese layer.
  9. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
  10. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispy crust.
