Taco Pasta

This Taco Pasta is creamy, hearty, and packed with bold taco flavor.
An easy family favorite that comes together fast and disappears even faster!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz shell pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 block cream cheese
  • 1 cup salsa (mild or hot)
  • 1 small onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Boil the shell pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Drain excess grease.
  4. Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Cook for about 7 minutes.
  6. Add salsa and let everything simmer together for 10 minutes.
  7. Mix the cooked pasta with the taco meat sauce.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
