Cheesy Lasagna Roll-Ups

These cheesy lasagna roll-ups are rich, comforting, and packed with flavor.
They taste even better the next day — if you have the patience to wait!

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
  5. Spread ricotta mixture over each lasagna noodle.
  6. Add a layer of meat sauce, then roll up tightly.
  7. Place roll-ups seam-side down in a baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
  11. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Tip: These roll-ups reheat beautifully and taste even better the next day!
