Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage


🥔🌭 Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage

A hearty, comforting slow cooker meal made with smoky sausage,
tender potatoes, and green beans — easy, filling, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes
  • 12 oz green beans, trimmed
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes, green beans, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
  2. Add sliced smoked sausage on top.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and pour in chicken broth.
  4. Season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Stir gently before serving and enjoy hot.
Tip:
Serve with crusty bread or cornbread for an extra comforting meal.
