Butter-Poached Lobster Tails

🦞 Butter-Poached Lobster Tails
Creamy, luxurious, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. This restaurant-quality lobster is shockingly easy to make at home.
Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 1½ cups unsalted butter (cut into cubes)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently loosen the meat.
- In a saucepan over very low heat, melt butter slowly—do not let it boil.
- Add garlic and cook gently for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Place lobster tails into the butter. Poach gently for 8–10 minutes until opaque and tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Spoon butter over lobster continuously while cooking.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
✨ Secret to perfect lobster: Keep the butter below a simmer. Gentle heat keeps the lobster juicy and silky.
