Cinnamon Sugar Roll-Ups

🍞 Cinnamon Sugar Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 10 slices white sandwich bread
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cream cheese or apple pie filling (optional)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Trim the crusts off the bread slices.
  2. Flatten each slice using a rolling pin.
  3. Spread a thin layer of filling (if using) over each slice.
  4. Roll up tightly and set aside.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Brush each roll with melted butter.
  7. Roll generously in cinnamon sugar.
  8. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  10. Dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
Extra indulgent? Serve warm with vanilla glaze or maple syrup for dipping.
