🍓 Southern Strawberry Punch Bowl Cake
A classic Southern dessert layered with cake, pudding, fruit, and whipped topping.
Sweet, creamy, and perfect for gatherings or family celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 (6 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen strawberries
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Instructions

Bake the yellow cake according to package directions in two round cake pans.
Allow cakes to cool completely. - Prepare the vanilla pudding and refrigerate until cold and set.
- Cut one cake layer into small chunks and place them in the bottom of a punch bowl.
- Spread half of the pudding over the cake pieces.

Add half of the crushed pineapple, one package of strawberries, one sliced banana,
and half of the Cool Whip. Spread evenly. -
Repeat the layers using the remaining cake, pudding, pineapple, strawberries,
banana, and finish with Cool Whip on top. - Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving for best flavor.
Tip: For extra flavor, thaw strawberries slightly and add a little juice between layers.
