Mississippi Lil’ Smokies
ðŸŒâœ¨ The ultimate party appetizer — sweet, tangy, buttery, and impossible to stop eating!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lil’ Smokies (cocktail sausages)
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 2–3 tablespoons pepperoncini juice (optional, for extra tang)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Place the Lil’ Smokies into a slow cooker or crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the sausages.
- Add the sliced pepperoncini peppers and a little of their juice.
- Pour the melted butter over everything.
- Sprinkle in the brown sugar and garlic powder.
- Gently stir until all ingredients are well coated.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm straight from the slow cooker.
