🥬 Classic Holiday Stuffed Celery
A timeless holiday appetizer passed down through generations. Simple,
crunchy, creamy, and nostalgic — the kind of snack that mysteriously

Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery stalks, washed and trimmed
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup green olives, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pimentos or roasted red peppers, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Cut celery stalks into 3–4 inch pieces.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in chopped olives, pimentos, herbs, and pepper.
- Spread or pipe the mixture generously into each celery piece.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
