Crispy Zucchini Sticks

Golden, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside — once you start eating these, it’s impossible to stop!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup water (or milk)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Wash zucchini and cut into thin sticks.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and baking powder.
  3. Gradually add water and whisk until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Dip zucchini sticks into the batter, coating well.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the sticks in batches until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot.

Serving Tip: Serve with garlic sauce, ranch, or spicy mayo.

Warning: Make a double batch — these disappear fast!
