No-Bake German Chocolate Pie 🍫🥧
When my mother-in-law first served this pie, I was sure she’d spent hours baking it… Turns out, it only takes 15 minutes and no oven at all!
Ingredients:
- 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1¾ cups cold milk
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup German chocolate frosting (or coconut-pecan frosting)
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thick.
- Spread the pudding evenly into the graham cracker crust.
- In another bowl, mix together shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and German chocolate frosting.
- Spread the coconut-pecan mixture over the pudding layer.
- Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and extra pecans if desired.
