No-Bake German Chocolate Pie 🍫🥧

When my mother-in-law first served this pie, I was sure she’d spent hours baking it… Turns out, it only takes 15 minutes and no oven at all!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1¾ cups cold milk
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup German chocolate frosting (or coconut-pecan frosting)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thick.
  2. Spread the pudding evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix together shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and German chocolate frosting.
  4. Spread the coconut-pecan mixture over the pudding layer.
  5. Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.
  6. Top with whipped cream and extra pecans if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes • No baking required!
