  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
  • 6–8 slices Swiss cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, French onion soup mix, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
