  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (plus extra halves for topping)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

🔥 Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Stir in the chopped pecans until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  6. Decorate the top with pecan halves.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes until set and golden. A knife inserted near the center should come out clean.
