- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans (plus extra halves for topping)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
🔥 Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pecans until evenly mixed.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Decorate the top with pecan halves.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until set and golden. A knife inserted near the center should come out clean.
