🦀 Creamy Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab 🦐
Rich, cheesy, creamy, and loaded with tender shrimp & crab — the ultimate seafood comfort dish!
📝 Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 lb crab meat
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🧀 Cream Sauce
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, salt, pepper & Italian seasoning.
- Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thick.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted.
🦐 Prepare the Seafood
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add shrimp, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes; cook 2–3 minutes.
- Fold in crab meat and parsley. Remove from heat.
🍝 Assemble the Lasagna
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Spread a thin layer of cream sauce in a baking dish.
- Add a layer of noodles.
- Spread ricotta, then seafood mixture, then cream sauce.
- Repeat layers until dish is full.
- Top with mozzarella and extra Parmesan.
🔥 Bake
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
