Onion Soup Chicken Bake 🍗🧅

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Minute rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) water (use the soup can)
  • 1 envelope (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13″ baking dish with butter.
  3. In a bowl, mix mushroom soup, chicken soup, Minute rice, and water until combined.
  4. Spread the rice mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. Place chicken breasts on top in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken.
  7. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  9. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Tips:

  • Marinate chicken with a little onion soup mix for more flavor.
