Crispy Shrimp Salad Wonton Cups

Ingredients

  • 10 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press wonton wrappers into a muffin pan to form small cups.
  3. Bake 7–9 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. In a bowl, mix shrimp, mayo, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  5. Spoon the mixture into each baked wonton cup.
  6. Top with mozzarella if desired and bake 3–4 more minutes until melted.
  7. Serve warm and garnish with extra parsley.

Tip: For extra crunch, add diced celery or cucumber to the shrimp salad.
